Travel NYC

If you are looking for the quintessential New York summer experience? Or maybe you are just traveling the country checking out hot spots. Either way check out Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park.
Start off your evening by eating at one of the great restaurants that surround central park. Next, warm up the evening by taking a walk. Then, when you near the theatre, it suddenly pops into view almost blending into its natural background. The last show I caught, Twelfth Night in 2009, starred Anne Hathaway, and my date at the time was a huge fan. Stellar performances, killer sets and spot on technical crew. What a great experience!
Romance, adventure, fine dining and a live show. I recommend checking out Shakespeare in the park to anyone who even remotely likes theatre.
Apple "Reinvents" The Textbook, Saves Future Generations From Back Pain
The days of lugging a 40-pound backpack to and from school are almost over, or so Apple would have us believe. At an invite-only event at the Guggenheim this morning, Apple introduced the newest version of its iBook ebook app, an ebook authoring tool, and introduced a line of math and science textbooks designed for the iPad. The textbooks are focused, for the time being, on elementary through high school students, and will supplement the existing 20,000 educational apps already made for the tablet.
